INGREDIENTS
5 or 6 potatoes, diced
1 Small onion
2 Stalks celery
1 Large or 2 small carrots
1/2 Cup cut up ham
2 Cups water
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup grated cheese
DIRECTIONS
Dice potatoes in small pan, according to size of soup needed; add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook until vegetables are soft; remove from heat and stir in cheese.
