INGREDIENTS
1 Lb. chicken breasts
2 Cans artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) Can mushrooms
1 Can chicken broth
1/4 Cup white wine
1/4 Lb. butter
DIRECTIONS
Fry chicken with lemon pepper and paprika in melted butter. Blend flour; add some broth to make paste. Add rest of broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer, then bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
