2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/ 4 Cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 Cup diced celery
1 Onion, cut in small pieces
1/2 Green pepper, cut in small pieces
Boneless beef ribs
DIRECTIONS
Mix and add 1 cup water. Brown a package of boneless beef ribs. Pour sauce over ribs and simmer slowly for 3 to 4 hours.
