INGREDIENTS
1 Egg white
1 Tablepsoon water
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Beat together egg white and water. Coat whole almonds with egg water then mix into sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Dump intoa pan and bake at 225 degrees for 1-2 hours. Stir nuts every 15 minutes. Nuts are done when they no longer look wet.
