INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup butter

1/2 Cup skim milk

1 Egg

1/2 Cup non-fat sour cream

1 Teaspoon vanilla

3/4 Cup flour

1/2 Cup sugar

1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

2 Teaspoons baking powder

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter. Add milk, egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir well with a wire whisk. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir until well bended. Pour about 1/4 cup into the center of a heated waffle iron. Cook. Top with strawberries and powdered sugar. Makes 6 waffles.
