INGREDIENTS
1 (10 Oz.) Bag of fresh spinach
1 Medium Granny Smith apple
1/2 Lb. Fried bacon
3/4 Cup toasted sliced almonds
DRESSING
1/4 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup oil
1/4 Teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1/8 Small red onion
DIRECTIONS
WAsh and trim spinach and tear into medium sized pieces. Core and quarter apple. Slice apple very thin and add to spinach. Add crumbles of bacon and toasted almonds to spinach mixture and toss together. Blend all ingredients in blender for dressing. Coat salad. Garnish with apple slices.
