Autumn Soup - Soups/Stews/Stocks




Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

1 Pound ground beef

1 Cup chopped onions

3 Cups water

2 Carrots, cut up

1 Cup celery, diced

1 Cup potaotes, cubed

2 Teaspoons salt

1 Teaspoon kitchen bouquet

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

1 Bay leaf

1/8 Teaspoon basil

1 (28 oz) Can whole pack tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

Brown meat and onions.  Combine all ingredients, tomatoes last.  Cut up tomatoes.  Simmer 30 minutes.  Serves 4.
