INGREDIENTS
1 Good soup bone with meat
1 Whole green chili
1 Whole onion
2 to 3 Whole potatoes, peeled
4 to 5 Whole carrots
1 Bunch parsleys
1 Bunch celery leaves
Salt and pepper
1 Pkg. noodles cooked
DIRECTIONS
Cook soup bone with plenty of water for 20 minutes. Skim off, then add all other ingredients. Simmer until done; serve over cooked noodles.
