INGREDIENTS
1 Lb. ground beef
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
1/2 Tablespoon ground gigner
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Chopped onion
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/2 Teaspon ajinomoto
1 Tablespoon mayo
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cooks better if you make several small loaves.
