INGREDIENTS
3 Pounds potatoes
1/4 Cup margarine
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Pint sour cream
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup onion
DIRECTIONS
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes and drain. Heat margarine until it melts. Stir in sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt and onion. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly.
