INGREDIENTS
3 Cups zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 Cups cracker crumbs
3 Eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoon butter
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Jar pimentos
2 Cups shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Mix and put into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 until golden brown. Top with parmesan cheese.
