INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup mashed bananas
1 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease on loaf pan. Mix together oil and sugar. Then add bananas and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together in separate bowl and add to banana mixture. Mix until well blended. Fold in blueberries so as not to crush them. Pour into pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until tooghpick comes out clean.
