INGREDIENTS

4 Cups dark red beet juice

1 1/2 Pkgs. Sure-Jell pectin

2 Teaspoons lemon juice

7 Cups sugar

DIRECTIONS

Bring to a hard boil first 3 ingredients. Add 7 cups sugar and boil hard for 1 minute. Pour into hot jars and seal.
