INGREDIENTS

5 Egg yolks

1/4 Cup flour

3 Tablespoons cocoa

5 Stifly beaten egg whites

1 Cup powdered sugar

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

Ice cream

DIRECTIONS

Beat egg yolks and sugar until stiff and lemon colored. Stir in flour, salt, cocoa, and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Bake in waxed paper lined jellyroll pan at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 mintues. While warm, roll in tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Unroll and spread with slightly softened ice cream. Reroll and freeze.
