INGERDIENTS

6 Eggs

1 Cup flour

1 Cup milk

1 Teaspoon salt

6 Tablespoon margarine

1 Can peaches

Sour cream

Brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

Use electric mixer to combine eggs, flour, milk, and salt. Place margarine in glass cake pan and put in oven. Heat to 450 degrees. Remove pan when margarine is melted. Pour egg mixture on top of margarine. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes. Top with peaches and sour cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
